Combo Sheet Leader for Synthetic Label Material

Digital vs Traditional Label Printing - EHG

When your custom label design hinges on synthetic label material as its substrate, you might have a hard time finding a custom label printing company to print your order in a timely manner. If you’re a smaller company, this is especially true because many label printers may not consider your request a priority. When you place your order for synthetic label material with a larger company, you may end up waiting months for your finished labels.

At Epsen Hillmer Graphics, on the other hand, we understand the needs of small business, and we work hard daily to create the best synthetic labels available anywhere. We also have one of the largest combination sheets available in North America, which means less lead times!

What are Combination Runs, and How Do They Save Time?

We here at EHG use combination runs, or “ganging,” to reduce your lead times and save you money on synthetic label material orders. Simply put, a combination run places your order and other similar requests together so they can print at the same time. With this efficiency, we don’t have to put your order at the end of the queue, and instead can process multiple orders at once.

Through the use of combination runs, we can arrange orders in the most efficient manner possible to save on material and printing costs, and everyone can receive their finished requests faster. It’s a win-win for everyone!

How to Ensure a Synthetic Label Material Order Qualifies for Ganging

For our combination run method to work for your situation, you need to consider the material of your labels and the colors and coatings you desire. If your labels require spot colors, special coatings or they’re made from a specialty material that not a lot of other people are using, then it’s less likely that your label order can be part of a combination run.

If you’re creating your product labels from a synthetic label material, and we can print them using a normal 4 color process (CMKY), then chances are we can combine your order with others for fast high quality results.

It’s important to note even if your custom label request do not fit the requirements for a combination run, you’ll still enjoy a reduced lead time with us. To top it all off, you can also save on shipping costs because of our centralized location in the U.S.
